We’re designing a feedback system to test within the design team — something that helps us give and receive feedback in a comfortable and helpful way.

💡What type of feedback format would feel most comfortable for you?

E.g. written form, regular check-ins, prompts in 1:1s, rating scale + comments, async form before performance reviews…

🧭 What topics or areas should definitely be part of the feedback system?

Think of feedback topics or dimensions — e.g. collaboration, communication, growth, recognition, etc.
